Good promos are few and far between, so Cut+Run is proud to present ‘Two Fingers’ – something we’ve worked on for the up-and-coming singer-songwriter Jake Bugg and his label Mercury Records.

Jake is incredibly talented and we wanted to make this promo something really memorable. ‘Two Fingers’ is based on Jake’s tough upbringing in Nottingham and features This is England’s brilliant Vicky McClure and Craig Parkinson, who was in Four Lions, portraying his parents.

It’s directed by Jamie Thraves at HSI – you’ll be familiar with his work on Radiohead’s iconic ‘Just’ video, as well as other promos for Coldplay, Damien Rice and other massive names in music.

And if you like what you hear, his self-titled debut album is out in October on Mercury.
