Following an acclaimed run on the festival circuit, feature documentary “Our Most Brilliant Friends,” edited by Jamie O’Donnell, will play at a number of preview screenings around the UK. Documenting the final tour of Slow Club, the film was directed by Piers Dennis through Riff Raff Films.

Charles and Rebecca are Slow Club. After four albums and 10 years of touring, conflicting perspectives around success and their future have pushed them apart.

With intimate access to what could well be the band’s final tour, the documentary Our Most Brilliant Friends joins Charles & Rebecca on the road, observing the frailties and brilliance of their partnership and exploring what a friendship looks like in the back of a van.

Clash Magazine called Our Most Brilliant Friends “a wonderful insight into a genuinely special band.” While the first screening in Sheffield’s Curzon is sold out, there are still (a few) tickets left for the remaining dates:
